How it works:
As a subscriber, you get access to the evolving library of resources.
These contain mindfulness practices, coaching exercises, guidance on holistic therapies, plus articles and contemplations;
items to help you integrate embodied wisdom and wellbeing into your life.
There will be new items added each week.
Plus text-based Q&A support
You can send your questions over to me through my message board, and I'll create an article or video answer for you which I'll pop into the library. So you get baseline access to support from an experienced practitioner for as long as you need it,
and without the need to commit to regular 1-1 coaching sessions.
This programme is in the early stages of its evolution, so there's no better time to join!
As a founding member, you'll get more individualised support, and you can be actively involved in creating the library resources
by sending your questions or content requests over to me.
Please be aware that the format of the subscription might change or evolve over time - for example, if members would find office hours or live calls helpful, then we may add these in too - it just depends what works best for everyone.
