Reflections on health, vitality, therapies, and healing

Explore Your Philosophy for Health

Stress occurs in the gap between your lived reality and how you want your world to be.  So, if you feel that you are stuck in a particular area of your health, and you are struggling to find some emotional peace, you could very well be encountering a conflict between your beliefs, desires, and experiencing the world as it is. Even if you are not consciously aware of what the problem is right now.

The solution is to work through your own philosophy for health, and to clarify the points which are causing you to feel stuck. There is likely to be a point of conflict where your beliefs are not aligning well with your reality.  Once you find this point, and work through it, you will finally be able to get the resolution that you are looking for.

On a personal level, this is not a process which is always easy, especially where there are intense issues to be addressed - like moving beyond trauma, or loss, or living with chronic illness or disability.  Great upheaval is often a pre-cursor to deep transformation, and it can be difficult to see the potential benefits of this at the time you are going through it. Often, it only on the other side that you can see life events as a blessing.

On a professional level, there may also be challenges which come up relating to wellbeing. From questioning your current approach to health,  or following your desire to explore a more holistic viewpoint. To completely changing your life purpose and your career. Through to having concerns about medical topics, inequalities, and cultural or professional viewpoints.

As with other aspects of life, there are a multitude of different opinions about what is the best route to wellbeing. Often these opinions lie in opposition to each other, but we don't really understand this, so we are left with a deep sense of unease and dissatisfaction.  The solution lies in exploring our own philosophy of health so that we finally get the clarity we are looking for.
