Many holistic, spiritual, and wellbeing practitioners are also on a path if awakening or self-realization themselves.
They are genuine wisdom seekers, trying to find the deeper meaning of life, and the answers to all the big questions about existence.
Unfortunately, many people get drawn in to thinking, beliefs, or practices which are ultimately not so helpful for anyone on a genuine path of self-realization, and so end up wasting many years without ever really getting the insights that they are looking for.
So, I have created the Philosophy Hub to provide support for the genuine seekers - those people who want a no-nonsense approach to exploring and integrating a deeper level of wisdom into their own daily life. To be able to more effectively step into their own higher purpose.
*Please note that in contrast to arguing about which point of view is right or wrong, my programmes are very focused on introspection, and on the lived embodiment of your own insights into life.
Some wellbeing service providers eventually reach a point where they are held back by the beliefs which they hold. This can show up as a dark night of the soul, a life crisis, or an inability to find the answers they are seeking.
Holistic philosophy coaching helps you to look deeper., and to contemplate life from an existential viewpoint, rather than a medically or culturally-based one.
Exploring the nature of life in this way can be extremely therapeutic. Instead of adhering to ideas of what life is like according to what you have been told by other people, it focuses on you reaching your own conclusions.
Instead of adding more ideas and beliefs into your life, it is a process of dissolving the beliefs which are creating the problems and perpetual seeking in your life, as you try to find some resolution.
Here are some of the topics that I help people with...
The way that I work is on a subscription basis, with a minimum of 3 sessions. For people who are going through an intense or distressing period of life, I recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions. Otherwise, a monthly frequency is usually sufficient.
In contrast to many spiritually-based coaching programmes, I work on a very grounded level, where we focus on one specific topic of your choice during each session. If you are trying to find answers, or make changes in your life, then I may recommend exercises between sessions to support your progress. But if you simply want to explore a particular topic once a month, and see what feels important for you then, that's fine too.
This programme is based upon 7 elements which are the foundation for developing embodied wisdom
and improving the wellbeing of both yourself and others.
Here's a quick outline of each element:
