The hours when I am usually available for online consultations are: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. I have 3 x online appointment time slots which are: 9 am, 10.30 am, and 12 noon.
If these days/times do not work for you, then you are welcome to join my Q&A programme where you can get monthly messaging support for any quick questions that you have.
I have 2 types of subscription available: Online Q&A access, plus 1-1 coaching. Both plans also currently include access to the evolving Philosophy Notes library.
The Q&A subscription is intended for occasional quick questions, rather than in-depth coaching. It also includes an evolving library of resources.
The coaching programme is also available as a regular subscription, and provides you with personalised support, guidance, and reflections to help you integrate more wisdom for optimum wellbeing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from directly within your own account. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, I recommend doing so a few days before your payment date. Simply go to your account settings, and cancel directly from there. It will reset at the end of your current billing cycle, and your payments will stop.
Or, if you wish to change your subscription type at any time, you can simply cancel your current plan, and then join the new one instead.
Please go to 'my resources' from the top menu bar. You can only see it when you are logged in. Each of the folders has it's own access page - just click the folder to get to your individual resources.
If you are a subscriber in my Q&A programme, then you can access the message boards from the access pages when you are logged in.
