I can help you with all types of conditions which lie on the stress-illness spectrum. The main 3 areas I help with are stress reduction, muscular pain relief, and exhaustive conditions. Please note that I tend to use deeper bodywork and pain-relief techniques, so if you are looking for a gentle spa-type treatment, then I may not be the right practitioner for you. However, if you are looking for effective pain relief, then I can help. Here are some of the conditions that I can help you with:
In Cornwall, I provide specialist support for these 2 things:
The first area I help people with is muscular pain relief. As an accredited specialist in chronic exhaustive conditions, fibromyalgia is something that I help people with regularly. I am also highly experienced at helping people with back pain, neck pain, injuries like RSI or frozen shoulder, and relieving pain caused by excessive muscular tension.
The second area is helping people who regularly provide wellbeing support for others. This includes all types of heart-centred people; health professionals, social care workers, spiritually-aligned individuals, and caregivers. Therapies are a great way of maintaining your own wellbeing, and for the prevention (or recovery) from chronic stress, fatigue, or burnout.

he focus of this programme is on providing regular relief from stress-related conditions, fibromyalgia, and muscular tension, pain, or injury, so it is based primarily on bodywork modalities. Here are the therapies you can include:
If you have a health condition like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, back pain, or anxiety, then you will benefit from having regular monthly therapies to keep your symptoms well managed and under control. The regularity that you have therapies is an important part of achieving success when it comes to pain and symptom management. Most people would not dream of taking their medication every now and again, and only when things get really bad, then still expecting it to work effectively.
A similar principle applies to using therapies for symptom relief. Whilst it's human nature to only seek help when your pain or symptoms stop you from functioning, this is not an effective way to manage your health. Not only are your therapy sessions likely to be more uncomfortable, you are also more susceptible to muscle soreness afterwards, and your recovery will take longer. A better solution is to break this pain-illness-relief cycle, and to become more pro-active with your health.
So, because I am providing this service to genuinely help people improve their wellbeing, and as an experienced and ethical practitioner, I work with people who can commit to a minimum of one regular consultation per month. I work on a subscription basis because I find it helpful for making your own health a priority, staying on track with sessions, and preventing your symptoms from becoming severe. However, I do understand that some people don't like the idea of a regular subscription, so I also work with people in blocks of 3 sessions at a time.
